what kind of filter is on this shot...it looks like it came from a newspaper?

@scott: I used NIK Color Efex Pro 2.0 to adjust the contrast, color, vignetting, etc. and then used a "scratch" brush to create a "paper like" background. Took a lot of work. :-)
great effrect - I was looking at NIK tools but have not invested in them yet :)

@Jason Kravitz: They aren't inexpensive, but worth every cent. NIK Pro 2.0 is invaluable for post-treatment and Dfine 1.0 is an excellent noise reduction tool. I don't have their sharpening software, but supposedly it is second to none.
